Meditation & Chakra Flow

Meditation is a ancient technique to rest your focus. (Guided or by your self) .  Chakras, Originating from Sanskrit, means “wheel” The spinning energy interact with various physiological and neurological systems in our body.

The goal of Meditation & Chakra Path is to focus on yourself,  on your surrounding and “FEEL” the energy change (small or big) inside you. We will be aware of our surroundings and in the same time, we will be totally relaxed in here and now.

Learn to restore the power of your Chakras with Meditation and positions which open your Chakras to increase the energy flow, so you get more control back of your health and wellness.

Will it be inside or Outside?

So long the nature invite us to do Energy Work outside we will. Even with a little Rain it will feel amazing. So always check the weather and dress according to the weather.

What should i wear?

We will be most the time outside. Any show that is closes and is comfy is perfect, like a hiking boot or sneaker (no Flip Flops). There is no need of fancy Yoga outfit. Just something you can move around, not to tight, something that make you feel good. Remember you will be out in the nature. Your clothing could get thirty or you could end up snuggling with the horses and Donkey :-).

What should i bring?

Just a open mind and Love for yourself and others. You will get a little “Path Bag” which includes water to go a booklet to write your emotions and experiences done.

How long will it take?

The walk will take around 30-40 minutes. After that, you take a little time for reflection & relaxing.

Where and When?

We meet at AURA-Land where the location of AURorA-Metaphysical Wisdom & Wellness Center is. We will walk and meditate in the nature where animals could be very close to us. You should not be afraid of horses or Donkey, Birds, Bees, Spiders and so on. Do not forget, IT IS NATURE 🙂 something you can move around, not to tight, something that make you feel good. Remember you will be out in the nature. Your clothing could get thirty or you could end up snuggling with the horses and Donkey :-).

We will have 4 classes a week:

Monday: 9am-10am  & 5pm – 6pm.

You should arrive 20 minutes BEFORE the class starts to get set up. (summertime)

Who much does it cost?

Each single class $10

(you must register, limited space per class)

Who often should I do Meditation & Chakra Path?

You should meditate so often as you can and want. It is only beneficial for you. Chakra work depend on the level of Disharmony in your energy body, illness or life style. To walk the PATH, once a week is fine. Of course you can come anytime you like to, to feel better and relax.
